Salted caramel and chocolate, browned butter and pistachio cakes

Pumpkin pie, browned butter and pecan:
 brown butter and vanilla cake layers brushed with a spiced rum pumpkin
syrup, filled with a whipped pumpkin pie, covered with a brown butter and toasted
pecan swiss buttercream.

Salted caramel and chocolate: chocolate cake layers, brushed with salted
caramel, filled and frosted with a salted caramel buttercream, covered in
 chocolate ganache and flaky sea salt.
Raspberry Amaretti: thin layers of vanilla almond cake, filled with raspberry
preserves and vanilla almond buttercream, sprinkled with
 crunchy amaretti cookie crumbs.

Chocolate maltball: malted vanilla cake layers with chocolate malt frosting.

Pistachio: vanilla pistachio cake layers with pistachio swiss buttercream.

Thai coconut lime: lime and vanilla cake layers brushed with lime chile basil syrup, filled with lime curd, frosted with lime coconut buttercream and topped with toasted coconut chile brittle.
